If you’re interested in playing football next year year, conditioning is starting up for Junior Varsity and Varsity. Conditioning is for freshman, sophomores, and juniors that want early training for the football season that is starting during the summer. Training consists of lifting weights, push-ups, sit-ups, running, and other things that will help your performance for the football season. Those workouts will help your performance for the season.

This workout will be happening through the year all the way up to the summer when the real practice starts. The workout is from 6:30 a.m to about 7:30 a.m on Mondays and Fridays and will be from 7:30 a.m to 8:30 a.m on Wednesday. This is a great opportunity for people that really want to play football and want to get a good workout.
