Monday, March 10, 2008 9:45:00 AM-11:45:00 AM core guest speaker March 10th, during 2A. I've checked the theater availability on-line, and the day is open.
We will be bringing our core of 90 students to the theater to listen to a guest speaker. The speaker has requested the usage of a computer and LCD projector, as well as a CD player.
We have Jordyn West and Amanda Sweet in our core, and I was hoping that I could use their assistance with the visual and audio equipment. Would that be okay? Do they know how to use the LCD projector and computer?
Thanks,

Prior to getting into TECH WEEK*, each of the designers (lighting, sound, scenic, and costumes) will meet with the stage manager to discuss lighting and sound cues, costume changes and movement of the scenery. This process is called paper tech because all of the technical aspects are written down on paper. The stage manager will place all of this information into the prompt book.
Technical week (also called tech week, production week or h*$% week) refers to the week prior to the opening night of a play or musical in which all of the technical elements (such as costumes, lights, sound, and makeup) are added

Wednesday, August 13, 2008 4:00:00 PM-9:30:00 PM Redwood Highway Corridor Message from the Mayor
You have another chance to help plan Windsor! We are embarking on a three day, very interactive planning process for our 4 mile long Old Redwood Highway corridor August 11 -13. Windsor's downtown was planned by residents who live here - now we need your input as we prepare a sustainable plan for Old Red that will last far into the future. You may wish it felt more safe for you or your children to bicycle or walk along Old Red. You may have thought it would be great to have services that you need along Old Red as it nears your neighborhood. You may be concerned about climate change, energy and water use, and you may have ideas about how to make Old Red more sustainable. Old Red is an artery for all of us. Now is your chance to help re-design Old Red for the future! You may join us for as much time as you can spare. Please watch this website: www.aiare.org with its link to the SDAT page for more details!
